GoFCK Refund Policy

At GoFCK, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our manufacturing on demand process, refunds are only available under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Defective or Damaged Items:
    If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, you are eligible for a full refund. Please notify us within 10 days of delivery and include photos clearly showing the issue.

  2. Incorrect Orders:
    If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size, design, or product), we will either reprint the item or provide a full refund. Refunds are issued once the issue has been confirmed by our team.

  3. Lost in Transit:
    If your order is lost in transit and the tracking information does not confirm delivery, you may be eligible for a full refund. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  4. Unfulfilled Orders:
    If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products returned for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.
  • Items reported more than 10 days after sucessful delivery.
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us:
    Email hey@gofck.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  2. Review Process:
    Our team will review your claim and confirm if you are eligible for a refund.

  3. Refund Approval:
    If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 15–25 business days after approval. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by shipping couriers or customs.

At GoFCK, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the custom and print-on-demand nature of our products, we have a specific return policy in place to address concerns effectively

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Defective or Damaged Items:
    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund.

  2. Incorrect Orders:
    If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size, design, or product), reach out to us within 07 days to resolve the issue. We will change and ship the correct item at no additional cost.

  3. Change of Mind:
    Unfortunately, because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing an order.

Steps to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Contact Customer Support:
    Email hey@gofck.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  2. Wait for Approval:
    Our team will review your request and confirm whether your item is eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

  3. Resolution:
    Once approved, we will:

    • Replace the defective or incorrect item, or
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 business days after approval. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been opened for consumables, worn, washed, or altered.
  • Products reported after 7 days of delivery.
  • Orders where incorrect information (such as size or address) was provided by the customer.

Additional Notes

  • If the delivery address provided was incorrect, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email us first for approval and instructions, if applicable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
